## Welcome! Through age-appropriate teaching, small group discussion, community building, and local and global service – and with the faithful labor of coworkers and the support of caring parents, Youth Group seeks to provide an environment where teenagers in grades 6-12 can discover Jesus and grow in following him.

## Friday Night Bible Study We start at 7:30 p.m. in the youth room with a game, and then have a time of worship through song. After a few announcements, we move into growth groups for study, discussion, sharing, and prayer. [FNBS Schedule](../fridays?classes=btn,btn-primary,btn-lg,btn-error)

## Sunday School Sunday school starts at 9:00 a.m. in the youth room and intentionally alternates between emphases on hermeneutics (how to read the Bible for yourself), apologetics (how to wrestle with, defend, and winsomely articulate the faith), and biblical theology (the overarching story of Scripture). ## Special Events About every quarter, the youth group has special events including community service, retreats, and parties.

## Parent Prayer Groups **Moms** - 1st/3rd Fridays from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. in the library (English) - 2nd/4th Fridays from 6:15 p.m. to 7:15 p.m. in the library (Chinese) **Dads** - 2nd or 3rd Wednesdays at 9 p.m. via Zoom (Mandarin)
